MAYA Dessert Crepes recipe

2 eggs
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 cup water
1 cup MAYA hotcake mix or MAYA ThinkHeart Wholewheat pancake mix

Beat eggs lightly then add butter, water and hotcake mix. Stir until mixture is free from lumps. Heat an 8-inch non-stick pan or flat skillet and lightly brush with oil.
Pour 1/4 cup of the mixture into the pan. Tilt pan from side to side to cover the pan. Cook until set.
Flip to cook the other side. Do the same for the remaining mixture.

Variations:

Mangoes and Cream - Fill crepe w/ mango balls and sweetened cream. Roll then top w/ cream and melted chocolate

Choco-Banana - Put some sliced banana and chocolate syrup at the center of the crepe. Roll up and serve

Ice Cream and Cake - Place a slice of cake and a small scoop of ice cream at the center of the crepe then fold edges to enclose

Blueberry - Fill crepe w/ blueberry pie filling and top w/ whipped cream

Apple Cinnamon - Fill crepes w/ apple slices, some honey and cinnamon
