1/2 k tambakol (4 steaks)
1 pack 6g Aji-Shio Pepper plus
3 tbsp melted butter
2 tbsp calamansi juice
1 pack 6g Aji-Shio Garlic plus
Rub fish w/ pepper plus. Refrigerate for 3 hrs or overnight.
Combine butter, calamansi juice and garlic plus. Set aside.
Grill fish steaks and brush w/ garlic-calamansi mixture
