Tofu Pasta Soup recipe

1 pc (small) Onion (sliced)
150 grams Chicken Breast Fillet (cut into cubes)
3? cups Chicken Broth/Stock (or water)
70 grams Carrots (cut into cubes)
100 grams Tokwa/Tofu (cut into cubes)
1 pc (small) Red Bell Pepper (fine strips)
1 stalk Leeks (sliced)
130 grams (1 cup) Shell Macaroni
1 pouch (250 grams) Del Monte
Italian Style Spaghetti Sauce
Cooking Procedure:

Sauté onion and chicken. Add water, DEL MONTE Spaghetti Sauce, and salt and pepper to taste. Allow to boil.

Add Shell Macaroni and carrot. Simmer for 8 minutes. Add tofu and bell pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes. Stir in leeks.

5 servings.


Put together this easy soup dish on a cold and rainy evening. For an even healthier spin, replace chicken with more tofu.
