Trio Formaggi Verde con Gamberi recipe

250g spinach fettuccine or any pasta, cooked
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp sliced garlic
2 tbsp minced onions
1/4 cup chopped tomatoes
1/2 tsp dried basil
200g baby prawns, shelled, de-veined
1/4 cup spinach leaves, blanched
1/4 cup white wine
1 pack 250g clara ole 3-cheese pasta sauce
1 tbsp parmesan cheese

saute garlic, onion and tomato in oil.
add basil, prawns and cook for a few minutes
add spinach and cook until wilted
pour wine and pasta sauce into mixture
bring to a boil and simmer for a few minutes
toss in pasta, sprinkle some cheese on top before serving

serves 3-5
